How can I order a part?

All part orders must be placed online via our secure shopping cart with PayPal Checkout (no Account necessary and you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card) or Amazon Pay.  Part availability is displayed on the part’s information page.  We offer assistance in purchasing a part through our contact us link or the part’s information page link.

How do I know I am ordering the correct part?

Configuration: Please note that many laptops may be configured differently but still share the same model number.  It does not mean they share the same part numbers.

First, remove your part: Before you look for a replacement part it is important you first remove  yours so you can properly identify it.

Compare photo:  The photo we show is accurate to the part being represented. Sometimes a part may look similar so if you have any doubts please ask.

Compare part numbers: Just about every laptop part has a number (s) printed on a label or directly on it.  Sometimes the manufacturer’s part number is not on the part and we need to use other numbers from the part to help identify it.

Our compatible model list for the part is a reference and you may find your model slightly differs.

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation?

We send an order confirmation by email after each order is placed.   If you did not receive this email be sure to check your spam box.   If there is no email contact us to confirm your email address is correct and we can in turn send a new copy of your order.

I received a faulty part or a part has failed under warranty how can I exchange it?

To exchange a faulty part you need to obtain a RMA number. Please fill out this form to receive instructions on exchanging a part. We cannot accept returned parts without an issued RMA number. Click here to view our product warranty.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or email address. How do I change it?

We process orders shortly after they arrive.  If you need to change the address on your order please email us as soon as possible requesting a change. If the order has been processed and shipped we may not be change the address but we can still update your email address. If an attempt to change the address fails with the shipping company we will notify you when the package is returned to us so we can make arrangement for re-shipping.

Do you offer any resale pricing or other discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all products for repeat customers who have created an account on our website.

Do you offer a waiting list on parts not currently in stock?

Yes we do have a waiting list. This waiting list is available on the part’s information page if the part is out of stock.  When the part is in stock again, you will receive an email from us and a link to the part in question.

I can’t find a part number on your website. Do you have it?

Some parts do not have the manufacturer part number printed on it. In this case we list any and all alternate numbers which may be printed on the part. If you cannot find a part number in our website please contact us and we will see if any other parts we carry are the same or compatible to yours.

If you don’t carry my part can you order it for me?

Yes, we will try. Click here to request a part not found on our website, not yet entered into our website but in stock or currently an out of stock product.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we are accepting Paypal (no Account necessary and you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card) and Amazon Pay.

Do I need to register with your website to purchase a part?

We do not require registration but registration will give you access to your order history, online order tracking, discounts and other options.

How often is this website updated?

Our website, contents and stock are updated several times a day as needed.

Do you ship internationally?

We only sell and ship products within the United States We ship and sell laptop parts within the United States

What do the different part’s conditions represent?

>NEW : New part, never used.
>NPUL: A part removed from a disassembled brand new laptop.
>PULL: Used, refurbished and tested part.

What is the warranty and your return policy?
